  1. Uninstall all installed versions of the Timetracker plugin
  2. Uninstall all installed versions of the Querydsl Support for JIRA plugin
  3. Install the latest Timetracker version

Uninstalling apps by removing its JAR file

In rare cases, you may need to uninstall an app manually, by removing its JAR file from the installation directory. This may be necessary, for example, when troubleshooting issues that may be related to the app.

You can uninstall an app manually by removing its JAR file from the file system.

  1. Shut down the Jira instance.
  2. Remove the JAR files from the app directory applicable to your host application. For example:
    • Remove the JAR files from your JIRA home directory under:
      <jira-home>/plugins/installed-plugins/
      • org.everit.jira.timetracker.plugin-x.x.x.jar
      • jira-querydsl-support-x.x.x.jar
  3. Start the application instance again.
